Collecting Anxiety

Collecting Anxiety presents a series of exhibitions based on people‘s anxious voices collected from all over the world.

Collecting Anxiety aims to build up a moving assemblage connected by shared repressed feelings. It invites one to take off negative/positive dualistic definitions, and to activate the multi-subjectivity and nomadic energy of life and its relation to community and multi others.

Becoming-nomadic marks the transformation of the pain of loss into an active production of multiple forms of belongings. Here what once is lost in the fixed pattern has proceeded in a multiple rhizomatic manner that transcends the bilateralism of identity structure.

The project is developed as an open space that allows personal voices as well as collective stories interlink. Through collaborative processes, we wish to invoke openness in our anxious time and to measure the relations in new modes of communication while re-thinking ways of mapping and writing in socio/techno/political/spiritual landscapes.
